We read the user-agent sent by the visitor's browser. Detection happens server-side, so the redirect is instant with no JavaScript wait.

What if I leave a platform empty?

Visitors from that platform go to your default destination, so nobody is left behind.

Can I see clicks per platform?

Yes. The link statistics page shows the iOS, Android and desktop breakdown with percentages.

Can I change the link later?

Yes. Click the pencil icon next to the link to update destinations or toggle smart routing. The short address stays the same.
